How it works

Your first screen can be up and running in a few minutes.

1

Design

Start from a ready-made template or a blank layout. Drag in text, pictures, videos, menus, clocks, weather and more, and change them to your own words, prices and photos.

2

Connect a screen

Open the SignageDock display page in the screen's web browser. It shows a pairing code; enter that code in the editor, and the screen is connected to your account.

3

Publish

Choose what each screen shows: one layout, a playlist or a schedule. Changes reach your screens within seconds, and you can check what each one is showing from anywhere.

Everything included

One plan with every feature. No add-ons and no hardware to rent.

Drag-and-drop designer

18 kinds of widgets: menu boards with prices, picture slideshows, videos, YouTube, clocks, weather, countdowns, news, scrolling tickers, tables and QR codes. Any screen size, landscape or portrait.

Schedules and playlists

Rotate several layouts, switch from the breakfast menu to lunch automatically, show different content on weekends, and run promotions between set dates.

Alerts

Send an emergency or information alert to one screen or all of them, full screen or as a banner, with an optional chime.

Manage screens from anywhere

See which screens are online, what they're playing and a recent screenshot. Restart a screen, group screens by location, and set opening hours so screens go dark at night.

Smooth playback

Each screen keeps its own copy of your pictures and videos, so they play smoothly and keep going through short internet outages.

Secure and private

Every connection is encrypted, each business's content is kept separate, and screens only connect out to SignageDock, so there's nothing to open on your network.

Questions

What do I need for each screen?

A TV or monitor connected to a device with an up-to-date web browser, such as Chrome or Edge on a mini PC or stick PC, and an internet connection. Nothing needs to be installed.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Your first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature. You're only charged if you're still subscribed when the trial ends.

What happens if I cancel?

Your screens keep playing until the end of the billing period you've paid for. Afterwards we keep your pictures and videos for 30 days in case you come back, then delete them.

What if a payment fails?

Your screens keep playing for 14 days while you update your card. After that they show a "paused" message until the payment goes through. Your layouts and media are kept.
